Every Thursday, we embrace the spirit of “Hola España!” at our hotel in St. Gallenkirch in Montafon. That’s when chef de cuisine Milko serves the much-loved Paella Valenciana from a giant pan or the five-course menu “Viva España”, transporting your palate directly to Spain. We guarantee a Mediterranean holiday experience at our gourmet hotel in Austria.

When does “Bonsoir France” echo through our gourmet hotel in Vorarlberg? When chef de cuisine Milko indulges you with delightful French delicacies crafted from fresh Montafon ingredients. Choose between two unique takes on the flavourful bouillabaisse, a classic French fish soup. Whichever you opt for, we guarantee a simply delicious experience.

  • Bouillabaisse “Maître Panis” – Savour the rich, traditional fish soup made according to the original recipe from the South of France, which offers an intense flavour, robust with tomato, yet elegantly refined with white wine and pastis.
  • Bouillabaisse “reinterpreted” – Enjoy a less intense soup made with freshwater fish from local waters; the aromatic garnish is subtly tailored to complement the delicate finesse of the freshwater fish.

€82.00 for two

Both versions are served in two courses with homemade focaccia croutons and aioli, saffron potatoes, and vegetables (fennel and courgette).
